News:REGULATION OF THE BIG GAME BLACKMOUNTAIN

Section 1

This game is organized from 04/27/2010 by SARL BLACKMOUNTAIN, 16 rue principale, 67110 UTTENHOFFEN -Siret : 483.896.437.00017 - Ape: 4619B - RCS Strasbourg. The game will take end as soon as the last level will be reached.

Section 2

This regulation can be completed by a specific amendment. This one will be indicated in the same page under the mention " amendment of the regulation ".

Section 3

Participation in this game implies that the candidate has fully accepted this regulation.

Section 4

This free contest and without purchase obligation is open to any individual person, unrestricted, except employees of the company mentioned in section 1, their spouses, parents, allies living under the same roof.

Section 5

A member is allowed to win only once, all other members can play as often as they want, without limitation.

Section 6

The game consists for the player to join on Facebook the Blackmountain group, at the following address : http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=56204707144&ref=ts, in order to participate at the Blackmountain Big Game, which give you the opportunity to win one snowscoot each time a level is reached. To join the Blackmountain group it is necessary to have before joined to Facebook

Section 7

The levels to reach and the prizes corresponding at each level are the following :

Level 1      50.000 Members, win a Teckno FL (value 990 €)

Level 2    100.000 Members, win a Teckno FL (value 990 €)

Level 3    250.000 Members, win a Teckno FL (value 990 €)

Level 4    500.000 Members, win a Teckno FL (value 990 €)

Level 5    750.000 Members, win a Teckno FL (value 990 €)

Level 6 1 000.000 Members, win a Teckno FL (value 1990 €)

Section 8

The winners accept in advance the prizes such as described section 7, without being able to ask for an exchange, for a modification or the corresponding value of the prize in species.

The name of the winners and the prizes they will have won, will be published on the Blackmountain group page. A screenshot will be made by the organizer and will be considered as the only proof kept to identify the winner. This proof can be broadcasted or if necessary supplied to every person that made a maily demand , by mail with return receipt : Sarl Blackmountain – 16-rue principale - 67110 UTTENHOFFEN, France.

Section 9

The winners authorize in advance the organizers of the game to publish their name and country of residence, and to use them in any promotional demonstrations connected to the present game, without that this publication can open to other rights that the gained prize.

Section 10

The organizers reserve the right to shorten, extend, modify or cancel this game. Their responsability couldn't be incurred if coincidences or force majeure imposed any change. The organizer has the right of exercising any pursuits in case of characterized forgery(ies).

Section 11

The information on players, collected by the organizers during the game, will be the object of communication to third parties only to satisfy at legal and statutory obligations. They can give rise to the right of access as provided by law N ° 78 17 6 January 1978 relating to datas, files and liberties. Deposited and registred at the CNIL under the number 1425771.

Section 12

The possible expenses of participation in the game generated by the costs of internet connection will be paid off, by the organizing company on inquiry written in: Sarl Blackmountain – 16 rue principale - 67110 UTTENHOFFEN, France

The demand will necessarily have to indicate :

- the phone number of the player
- the copy of the subscription to internet
- the hour and of the precise date in which the player participated in the game
- a proof of address less than 6 months old

A single demand of refund can be presented by sending. The participants not paying connection cost witch depend to the importance of their communications (holders of a subscription for example) cannot obtain a repayment. The refund will be made on the basis of 1 minute of communication in the local price list peak hour of France Télécom for the first participation and on the basis of 30 seconds in the local price list peak hour of France Télécom for the next participations.
